Standard shipping is free for all orders in the continental US. Exclusions for free shipping apply to Hawaii and Alaska. Expedited rates are available on some items.
They ship smaller items via small package freight such as FedEx or UPS. They will drop this off at your front door without making an appointment.
Important information about your Chicken Coop or Chicken Run Delivery.
Bigger items such as Coops & Runs are shipped LTL Freight. The shipping company will call to set up delivery. The shipment will come on a tractor trailer with 50' or longer trailer. If the tractor trailer cannot access your street Backyard Fun Zone (and Over EZ chicken coops) assumes no liability. You will take responsibility to schedule with the shipping company to:
1) to pick up your product at the terminal.
2) meet the truck to transfer the product to your vehicle.
Freight companies are only required to deliver at the end of the driveway. They do not go up your driveway or place the product in a specific spot.
If you are unable to meet the shipping criteria you will be responsible for shipping fee to return the freight.
Missing Items:
Every Coop or Run should be on a separate pallet.
If you are missing an item the number of items you are missing and "Short" on the BOL.
